We have had the DeLonghi ESF461SS for about 3 and a half years now and have only ever had one minor problem. This was that fact that the oven door seal split only after 1 year. We searched the internet and found that you could only buy genuine Delonghi parts so that cost us about £25 pounds. We decided not to go through warrenty as the seal broke over the xmas period and we needed the seal asap, so can not comment on Delonghis warranty service.
