Advantages: Low low running cost's and emense durability.

Disadvantages: You'll want to upgrade to the next size very quickly.

After reading all the great reviews on Remoska's, and trying hard to save on the electric bills, I bought one of the mini Remoska's. They are the greatest kitchen invention ever! Saving both on money and on cooking time.

When you cook in a Remoska you get no splashes on the your worktop and unlike a slow cooker you don't have to decide what to make eight hours before you eat.

The Tefal pot is easy to clean and even after many washes it still looks like new. Plus the top just wipes down nicely with a damp cloth.

The down side's to the 'baby' remoska is that even for one person you may find it too small, great for those with only minimal storage though, and it doesn't have a glas viewing top so you have to take off the lid to check how your meal is doing. With all the Remoska's you have to be careful about the positioning when in use as the stand does get very hot and could mark your worktop.

I took the oportunity to 'upgrade' to a Standard Remoska as soon as possible as I found the size of the 'baby' a little too small as I like to cook larger batches for freezing.

Oh it's made like a tank so it should last for ever!

Summary: No home can afford to be without one during our leaner times!
