Advantages: Healthy for you and child

Disadvantages: Sweet treats

I consider Food as one of life's greatsest pleasures and yet it's also a source of woory for most parents. And I'm one of them. I'm always wondering what they should eat?, will they eat it?.

With my first baby I worried about what I should her or how much, and whether she'll like it. But with my second, it's much more like they have to fit in with the rest of the family. I do feel, you know, I wish she'd eat that. But I'm resigned to it, really. Because even getting her to try new things is hard. So I just serve up the same old things, ands it's a fairly good mix, so why do I worry.
She eats baked beans, she loves bread and she'll drink milk. Poatoesand cheesealways goes down ok, and she has orange juice and apples, bananas sometimes.
When you go shopping, your mind's on anything but the shopping. You can't stop and think. So you grab what you can and get out quick. Yes I do want my children to eat the right sort of things. But wanting is one thing and doing it is another is someting else altogether.
Theres nothing wrong with that.
