Tough job with the greatest rewards (Being a Parent)

My husband and I shared the same fear about being parents; when we found out that we were expecting a new baby. We were both worried how good we will be at this. But we just had to wait and see how we were able to manage until the baby was here.

When the baby was here it all came very naturally and it wasn't as tough as I thought it would be. My husband helped me with our new baby (still continues to do so with both our girls) and this made things easier and much more fun for both of us and the baby too.

Being a parent means making lots of sacrifices and having a whole load of responsibilities. And always be prepared for the worst.

Now having an almost 2 year old and a 3 month old we have learnt a lot about parenting and how to cope with the responsibilities and enjoying the rewards of being a parent.
It's wonderful to have little conversations, sing, play and cuddle them. It's the greatest feeling to wake up in the morning and look at their happy bright faces smiling back at me. Even though it can be a very tough job at times, the time spent with them is so precious that makes it all worthwhile.

My advice would be always try to remain calm and focused when thing go wrong. And setting a routine for you child will help you be more organized and happier.
