BusyBees are useless!!! (Computershare Voucher Services)
Member Name: Theresa
Advantages: none Disadvantages: very poor customer service I am in agreement with the majority of comments on this page that BusyBees are a very poor company to deal with. Initially I had logging on problems (ie I couldn't) every month, although their new website does seem to have solved that problem. My most recent problem was that they failed to take this month's money from my husbands wages, leaving us with no tax free money to pay our carers (therefore it will cost us £52 to pay using money we have already been taxed on instead of the usual £36 vouchers effectively cost after tax free savings). When I rang to sort the problem I was told I had been misinformed and that someone would ring me back, nobody ever rings back, to date I have rung them 4 times and have still not sorted the problem, each time I get a promise of a call back. I get polite but useless apologies for the mix up each time I call and advised that legally they do not have to compensate for our 'loss' (even though it is their fault). Each person I speak with says that the previous person I spoke with either misinformed me or didn't give me information they should have given. Nobody will take resposibility to deal with my problem and they will not let me speak with the MD and they have told me that they have no governing body to whom I can make further complaints. I have been advised by our Nursery that ACCOR are much better, I think I will give them a try.... I have also given one star rating as it is not possible to give none or indeed minus!!!!! Summary: use another childcare voucher scheme |
