I have a 2 and a half year old toddler who is always on the go and always asking me 'what am I to eat?' So for me it is crucial to stock up on a variety of snacks which give her enough energy between meals, yet aren't too high in fat/sugar/salt. Since this is in the parents section i presume that this is solely meant for parents and mainly for the pregnant people out there.But hey,we all need a boost every now and again don't we?? With life being so hectic these days snacks seem to rule our lives,everywhere we go we are surrounded by them there is just no getting away.But although we may need that extra energy we don't always need the extra fat and sugars that go with it.So there are a few out there that should be avoided,not just the typical things like mars bars and crisps but also the supposed healthy snacks that claim to do us all good and be a healthy alternative.
