Well where do I start? Morning sickness hey? More like all day sickness!! I am currently on my second pregnancy. When I was pregnant first time around with my little boy, I was not too bad with morning sickness. I did have it, but it was only in the mornings, and it did'nt really start until I was about 14 weeks. Now I realise how lucky I was then. My morning sickness has started from 9 weeks, and it is all the time. I find it really difficult at dinner time. If I even think about a cooked meal it makes me sick. So I havent been able to eat a home cooked meal for ages. It can't be healthy!! I do try but it makes m,e so ill. First time around even when I was sick, it never put me off my food. So this is a real shock for me. One huge tip for those of you out there struggling wiith morning sickness is...... buy some ginger biscuits. They really work!! Have them handy whenever you feel queasy. Other than that I havent found anything else that works!!
