Before starting to write about this miracle cream, we need to clarify few points such as: What is nappy rash? How do you treat it? *To answer to the first point it is simply and purely a condition usually irritated skin, red spots caused by urine and pooh (might sound funny to ay pooh but I couldn?t find another better word) found in the area covered by the nappy with effect of breaking down the protective barrier normally formed by the skin, causing redness and rawness and allowing germs of various types to attack. *Now when it comes to treat it, that is where the cream mainly made of zinc and castor oil takes effect. But you ... Read the complete review

When my daughter was just a few months old, she developed a really nasty nappy rash. I tried numerous creams and lotions and although most of them did help, the nappy rash would reappear every week or two. We were living in South Africa at the time and I began to feel rather disillusioned, I out of desperation went to see a wonderful lady by the name of Margret Roberts. Margeret is a remarkable woman because she has studied the African traditional cures and has written many books on which indiginous plants can help for many niggling ailments and which 'weeds' can be planted around your vegetable garden to prevent snails and other slugs from eating your ... This is a soothing cream which contains natural extracts of chamomile. It is used for treating sore or cracked nipples. You just apply it after each breast feed and it soothes instantly. It is also very effective on babies skin for the treatment of nappy rash. It is a bit oily but smells much nicer than most creams. It can also be used on other minor skin rashes. I also applied it to my stomach when I was pregnant and it helped a lot in soothing the itchy feeling. This ointment is a must for every new mother. ... Read the complete review

I'm sure my arse would get sore if I wore a nappy all day ! Babies who have a nappy on all day are at risk of developing nappy rash . Nappy rash occurs as a series of liitle red bums in the middle of a patch of red skin . It can also occur on the tops of the legs and on the bum region !( Not very scientific , better not let my biologist girlfriend read this ! ) Ok nappy rash occurs as the babies skin cannot breathe and is subjected to a close layer of stagnant air , mixed with urine and possibly stools until you hear, smell or decided that the nappy needs a change !!! Urine and stools can also be very acidic due to the high content of uric acid ... Read the complete review

This is the cream I have always used for my 2 children, I have one now out of nappies but I still use it on my youngest at every nappy change and it has kept nappy rash at bay for him. It is quite expensive to buy this cream but I have found you can get it on prescription from your doctor which is a big help. You can get many sizes of this cream from tiny to a decent size which to buy would be about £4.69ish, it is a smooth consistency with a lovely smell and in my opinion really protects babys bum. ...
