Advantages: time to spend watching your little ones grow up and develop

Disadvantages: lack of money if not working - this needs sorting

This is a really hard decision to have to make i fully understand that some parents have to do it just to be able to afford to live which personally i think is really bad. We should be given a lot more support to be able to make decisions regardless of money. Luckily ive not had to go back to work as i was at university so just had a part time job which i ended during my pregnancy. I was however due back to university september 2008 and ive had to postpone for another year as i juts dont feel ready to leave my girls, they are only 9 months old so theyve not taken there first crawl or their first step which are milestones i dont want to miss. My thought is babys arent babies for life however a job can be there at any poitn in your life. I do really want a career but ive put it on hold to be able to see my twin girls grow up. I find it hard been apart from them anway apart from the odd night they stay at grandmas house but ive also worked in private nurserys and personally i wouldnt want to put my children in one. More support needs to be provided out there to allow mums to make their own choice regardless of money.

Summary: personally i couldnt go back to work but i realise its not everyones choice

I have nursery nursed too and like a lot of nursery nurses would never put my baby in fulltime daycare.
