In my Opinion a Life sentance is a life sentance and the two boys who killed jamie should be kept locked away for life.

i don't care if anyone says that they were children when they did it. Everyone knows for as long as you can remember that killing is bad and that you go to prison if you do.

So why after serving around 10 years or so in prison are they being allowed to walk out of a YOUNG OFFENDERS INSTITUTE when they should be going in with the Murderers in a Killers prison?

They knew what they were doing and they stopped an innocent child from having a life of his own. so by locking them away for life they should be punished.

They said on the news when it happened that it was because they were allowed to watch films classified for 18 year olds, movies that portrait mass violence and killing such as CHUCKY and horror movies. Well when i was their age i too watched movies like that occasionally and i never had the thought to go and kill anyone let alone abuse, torture, mutilate and end the life of a Baby in cold blood.

To conclude i am a big believer in the death penalty as in the bible:

'an eye for an eye tooth for a tooth'
