WARNING: THIS COULD BE UPSETTING BUT IT'S MY EXPERIENCE AND IT'S TRUE....... when i was 3 months pregnant I was pushed purposely in the stomach by a girl I used to go to school with. After being called all the names under the sun as I minded my own business walking down the road with my boyfriend I held my middle finger up too her... irresponsible? i don't think so.

this girl had literally made everyones lives hell, and I believed she needed to be taught a lesson. When she pushed me I walked away crying my eyes out. - Scared for my baby and me and also because I was frustrated I couldn't do anything back. After being told she don't 'give a f*** about me being pregnant and being in immense pain from being pushed' she went for me again. My boyfriend put his arm over my stomach to try and stop the blows and in the end he managed to push her away. He was fuming and desperately wanted to help me but couldn't risk her coming back for us, so he yelled and screamed at her before some one called her away.

I walked home with my boyfriend holding on to my belly and when I got home, my mum wanted me to report her to the police so I did. when it came too it, she had got her mate to make a false alibi for her and she got off Scott-free!! even though I had shown the police the area she had pushed me and they even offered a scan!!

it's not just the young offenders.. it depends on the police force too. she was known for assault and abuse (physical and verbal) for drink and drugs and she was only 16 or 17! - they didn't arrest her, they put her on bail instead but the Court wasn't interested in the case.

Summary: all young offenders cases should be dug deep!!
