I think that offences committed by anyone regardless of age should be given the same penalties, when I say regardless of age I mean those who are of an age to know whats acceptable or not.
I think that this country is far too soft on young offenders and we should introduce a "strike " system whereby anyone who offends regularly should be penalised if they offend 3x's, (in other words three strikes and your out!)

They should be sent away in the army for a spell to learn more respect.

Since corporal punishment is not allowed now adays in school and parents are frowned upon for punishing their kids there is no respect anymore and some youth of today do just what they want because no-one can hurt them back.
Some don't care about the hurt they cause.
