They say that young offenders are responsible for most of the physical crime on the street. And as they progress through their delinquent life progression is natural to credit card theft and ore less confrontational recidiscm.
In the Daily Mail theres a report that muggings have soared by 50 percent this year with the obvious target of mobile phones being the culprit. Market stalls and unscrupulous stores will unlock any stolen phone for a fiver or pop a chip in for twenty quid. Not exactly discouraging criminals is it. The trade will always meet the demand.

Just as theres a forty- percent chance of a woman getting breast cancer in Norfolk.Theres a similar chance of a young white person having their phone stolen in London.This is not a racist statement but a fact. Caucasian white middle class boys are the most at danger.
Recently we have seen a trend for guns to be used in holding up children for their phone in south and East London as the drug culture and acting the part spreads through black and Asian boroughs.

Interestingly though it’s September 11th that has surprisingly pushed up the crime rate in the big cities. Considering how close we came to world war three this is quite alarming.
A third of these thefts though is done by school children on their peers and perhaps the least effected by that terrible day in the late summer.
The estate where Damiola Taylor was murdered is showing a similar rise in crime even though renovation is under way in the predominately black area. The local school even has a permanent police hut at the bottom of the yard to no effect.

The reality of this increase is due to more officers on alert after the terror attacks patrolling more important areas where the terrorist are most likely to attack. Which in laymen’s terms means certain ethnic boroughs are becoming lawless with petty theft an expectable trait of living in London.
Also the fact that officers have had to lay off s
top and search on ethnic minorities they have suspicions on and more likely to be robbers.
The mindless attitudes of local community groups that harassing young black men is worse than bringing down crime rates is beyond contemplation.

White kids in London go out on the town or to school expecting and tolerating theft so why don’t black children who are seven times more likely too steal a phone except extra attention to. It’s a tough world out there and races and creeds have to accept their responsibilities to there own if they want a multi cultural society.
Lambeth, which includes Brixton was top by miles for street robbery with 537 reported offences alone in November.Imagine what they are during the Christmas run in, let alone the unreported ones. Most of this ludicrous increase is due to the stupid drug tolerance policy there which is pumping this type of crime rates radically in South London.

The clear up rate was poor in the area to with only one in fithteen thefts resolved. Westminster where the gang-stars play away managed only 1-25!.Obviously known faces and searches on them produce arrests as do tip offs.
But it looks almost certain that if you live in South London you are almost certain to be hassled or have your phone nicked before your 16th birthday.

The CID were told to tackle car crime in the late eighties and early nineties when it was out of control which resulted in significant drops. CCTV and better security helped in cutting rates but money was the route cause.
Its time for people to be protected out there going about their business with better use of those cameras and beat officers.

We know where they are and where they fester. The Same old sink estate families cause most of the trouble with hangers on learning the trade. So what do we do about the three percent of persistent offender’s who commit seventy percent of underclass crime.
Send them to young offender’s pris
ons and they learn more skills for their release. Put them in a proper prison and the sucicide rate is bad.
They either cry like babies or toughen up even more. Either way they are phsycoogically damaged at the end.

The parents were the same when they were young and your only as bright as your guardians they say. Watching SKY TV is a bigger draw than sitting up reading with the sproggs during the critical years.
Having kids for these families is a chore and an expression of male fertility and female ignorance over family planning.
So the criminal class are bred with impunity to be recycled in hat they know best. Just as the middle class kids are being prepped for University at ten the underclass learn how to jimmy their first lock.

With recession coming and probably accompanied by an Asian world conflict crime rates are set to soar. The government sees the solution in community coppers which essentially bouncers on the streets who have the biggest criminal records of all.
Where regular officers and specials were replaced up north as an experiment they found that on investigation, half of the heavies bought into lift the police load had previous.

The obvious idea is to sterilize the underclass, which would cut crime radically. The second would be national service abroad where they can get a flavor of real poverty and hate. Trouble is the Americans would probably bomb them if they stray near a warzone. Or like soldiers who are trained and dehumanized to kill, will enter one of the subgroups with the highest adult crime rates and homelessness.
One in four squaddies has a criminal record within two years away from the safety of the military bubble.

The biggest problem is that most of our factory fodder used to come from these groups and now with asylum seekers filling those banal jobs, there are more and more losers on our streets.
If we don’t utilize their potential early on we will have those sprawling
crime ghettos like America.
We really do need a war to thin out the bad gene pool don’t you think.
