Advantages: quick to cook
Disadvantages: hard to clean of your dish
I take super noodles to work now and again especially in the winter when I need something warmer than sandwiches to take to work.
These noodles can be a nice compliment to lots of other food such as fish and meat.
My kids love noodles. There is only one problem they manage to get covered in them and they are a bit tricky to clean up as they get very sticky.
I personally think they are tastier than pot noodles and once prepared are softer. They are easy to prepare, you just peel off the wrapper and pour the noodles into half a pint of boiling water and simmer for 4 minutes in the saucepan until the noodles have absorbed up all the water, wait a few seconds to cool a little and eat. They come in all different flavours such as my favourite spare rib, mild curry and chicken and there are many more flavours. You can buy these noodles from most food shops such as Asda and Tesco's costing up to £1.
They are quite filling and I don't think they have many calories in them, around 175.
A nice quick snack that only takes around 4 minutes.
You can also microwave them as well by adding half a pint of water and cooking on high setting for 5-6 minutes.
