There is a good amount of filling in the pasta, it's spinach and ricotta so the pasta will deffo benefit from a sprinkling of cheese on the top while it's still hot and then the cheese will start melting and it tastes even yummier.
The pasta tastes mega fresh when you cook it for 3 mins, it goes soft and tender but not slimey or anything like that. It's a good quality pasta that tastes delish and is very filling, the pasta itself and the filling is quite rich so you don't need to put too much on ...more

When I was in Tesco last week they had the Emma Giordani filled pasta on special offer where it was £1.00 for a 250g pack, it's fresh pasta and I thought that was a pretty good price because I know from in the past that a 250g pack will do me for at least 3 servings when I have the pasta with salad and or a chicken breast. It takes 3 mins to cook in boiling water and then you just have to drain it before serving, make sure you drain it good or you'll end up with a puddle of water on your plate because it collects the water in all the folds of the pasta.
