Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Salt Minerals [Calcium, Iron], Vitamins B1, B2, B6, PP. Could contain traces of Milk, Eggs, Lupin. Directions: How to prepare: Stock Bring 200-250 ml of water/vegetable stock to boil. Pour 2 tablespoons of Puntine. Cook for 4 minutes. Add additional ingredients as desired. Dry Bring 500 ml of water to boil. Pour 2 tablespoons of Puntine. Cook for 4 minutes, then drain. Add additional ingredients as desired.
