      Advantages

      Disadvantages

I will definetely recommend this product.

Sainsbury's Paprika Chicken and Savoury Rice.

Yesterday i went into Sainsbury's which incidentally is my local Supermarket.

I have recently been trying their Be Good to yourself range. And i recommend this product.

      The Package **********

Comes in a recyclable carboard box, and this was easy to open, on the front of the box it shows a delicious bowl of rice and chicken with an assortment of peppers etc.

Inside there is a tray which contained 400 grams of this product.

      The Taste *********

It contained lovely pieces of British Chicken as this product is manufactured in the uk. The Chicken was cooked lovely, and it was very succulent. The Rice was seperated lovely, and the paprika taste was not overpowering. I thought this was a good healthy meal, and was quick to prepare which is always a good thing for someone who is as busy working etc as I am.

Recommended Daily Guidlines : contains 383 Cal. Fat 2.4gs. Total Sugar 7.1grams. and Salt 1.5 grams. Salt Fat 0.4grams.

      Cooking Instructions ********

Oven cook from chilled or from frozen for 35 minutes.
Mircrowave for six minutes, or from frozen 8.5 minutes.

I think that this product was good value for money because it could be frozen for when i wanted to eat it, or just so simple to prepare and eat.I liked the fact that the chicken was really soft, and this was made in the uk, and i loved the taste especially the fact that i could taste the peppers, which was mild but good. The onions where in little pieces and the mushrooms were also in small pieces but the whole taste of these were a good combination which reminded me somewhat of a Rositto.

Thanks for reading and rating my review.
