Having just eaten these, I thought it would be wise to write whilst it was still fresh in my mind! I love having stir frys but without noodles they just aren't right and currently being on a diet where the only noodles allowed are rice noodles, I thought I'd give these a go. The packaging is nice and the noodles are separated into small bundles that are apparently suitable for two people, a nice idea but not really accurate. Having been on a gluten-free diet from the age of four, there are certain foods that I've never tried. Noodles are one such food- the egg ones invariably contain gluten, so all the authentic, noodly dishes in the Chinese restaurant are out. It's a shame- noodles are such a quick, easy, and, I hear, tasty carb to go with a stir fry or oriental soup. Noodles? Yes we all know what they are (especially those among us who've lived the studenty-noodley dream of 3 minute, dirt cheap, hot food)! However, in my post student times, I've felt the need to be sensible and eat more nutritional, low fat foods, such as salad.
