Unfortunately since the last reviews for the lasagne, Tesco have changed the recipe. This may have been forgivable if the new recipe was at least similar to the old one however the new arrangement is absolutely awful. Today I decided to try the new Tesco's lasagne. I have tried a few vegetarian lasagne dishes, since giving up meat seven years ago and have always been very disappointed with them. Not one of them has lived up to the original meat variety I used to eat - until now! Tesco Vegetarian Lasagne is absolutely gorgeous, so much so, that I have bought it two weeks in a row. This is basically a ready made 450gms lasagna dish of sheets layered with soya chunks chopped(vegemince) in thick tomato sauce bubbling with white cheesy sauce.
