Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro ... Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro is an amazing heat sink; it far surpasses the stock heat sinks provided with all Intel Socket 775 processors. I paid approximately £15 for this heat sink which it is relatively cheap compared to other cooling systems on the market. Despite the price I was not disappointed. Firstly the noise reduction is huge, before I could hear my Intel fan over everything in my case, but now I only hear a slight bit of noise from my hard drive. The fan has a range of speeds it can range from 900 to 2500rpm, at 2500rpm naturally it is slightly more noisy but only just, I allow my motherboard to control the fan speed, and therefore when the greater fan spe... Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro ... have to admit that I heard the hype behind this product, and I wasn t sure wht all the fuss was about...until I used one. What a great HSF! I set this up on a Gigabyte board running an Intel Core 2 Duo processor (sorry, can t remember the exact models). At the same time I bought the Freezer 7 Pro and replaced the supplied Intel HSF. The processor was overclocked from 2.4 to 3.2GHz and the Freezer 7 Pro coped brilliant with this heat surge. This fan is quiet, efficient and has the capability of coping with highly overclocked pc s. If you are thinking of buying a water-cooling system, I would suggest you try this first. Antec Spot Cool ... A friend of mine had this to cool his memory, but then later decided to purchase some better memory. He gave me this to see if I could make some use of it. I didn t really require and additional motherboard cooling but thought id still give this a try. So here is my review. For example my friend used it to cool his memory as this memory was cheap and got very hot under certain intensive situations.
