I brought a pack of Safetiss PC/laptop cleaning wipes when they was selling them cheap in PC World, they was £2.00 and I grabbed them without reading the packet. When I got home I was a bit annoyed that they was dry tissues and not wet wipes, I was expecting something like baby wipes but these are bone dry!

You get 200 in a box and I didn't think all that much of them compared to other cleaning wipes, the damp ones work best anyway and saves you faffing about finding screen cleaner AND wipes!

I have used most of the box but actually have also used them for spills and stuff because they're not the business for cleaning my laptop screen and actually I'd rather use a plain baby wipe because it's a lot easier! The thickness of them is just right I think, the wipes are stronger than they look and can take you using them pretty vigourously!

I had a tin of screen cleaner so I used that with these wipes, they was fine and one thing I noticed was that they didn't leave the screen looking smeary like baby wipes do. These tissues are lint free so they don't leave any bits of cotton or fluff on the screen, that's a good thing because most other wipes I've used quite a bit and I remember using kitchen roll to clean my screen once and I was picking white bits off it for days after!!!

These wipes spread the cleaner round the screen quite good but I thought they was a bit too absorbant because I'm sure a lot of the cleaner was just be soaked up. When it come to buffing the smears off the screen I thought they did ok but you have to put a bit of effort into it, it's worth it though because when the screen is finished it usually looks sparkly clean.

You have to use at least 2 wipes to give your screen a good clean but a box should still last for quite a while. I just can't be bothered with them being dry wipes so couldn't wait to use mine up, there are damp wipes that work just as well as these and take a lot of effort out of it. Even baby wipes are loads more convenient than using cleaner AND wipes!

Not recommended by me....... too much effort for a mega clean screen!!! But RECOMMENDED for anyone who doesn't mind all that!
