If you are looking for an ultra quiet, stable and very efficient processor cooling system that's the one for you.

Installation
At first have to admit that I have good computers knowledge but it was first time ever in my life to install cooler. Thus instruction was extremely helpful for me.

Everything in there has been clearly marked and shown.
When switched on computer, did not want to work. Forgot to connect it  Newer mind. Silly mistake but when have done it and started my computer up was not sure if it is working. Simply could not hear anything. When checked - was on and doing great job. I was impressed.

Silence
Arctic Ultra Silent fan is moving on high quality Ceramic bearing.
Trust me or not, had many computers in my life and in my hands but this cooler is seriously well made and designed. Thanks that doesn't have to work with higher speed like most coolers on the market. It is slower but even thought has much better performance and properties. Arctic Is really amazing.

I have it on my PC with a Pentium IV 3.0GHz processor with HT. Does cool it to 38-40 degree of Celsius. Even when overclocked the processor to 3.6 temperature rose only by 2-3 degrees.
It has much better performance that included Intel fan and is much more quiet and lets be honest easy to clean as its structure is open. Kind of hanged over the chipset.
Can recommend it to gamers, graphic designers and all other users who requires quiet and a highly efficient cooling system
