Using KeyDrive Professional is even easier for your users. The application will automatically create the remote KeyDrive Volumes as defined by the administrator - all the user has to do is sit back and watch KeyDrive do the work. Once the application has been installed the user can get on with their work without any interruptions. KeyDrive Pro contains two basic components, the end-user application, responsible for the real-time encryption/decryption of the user's data and the administration utility, responsible for the creation and control of the KeyDrive rollout files for multiple users. The end-user application, once installed on the users notebook or desktop is practically invisible to the user and requires no action on the part of the user other than inserting their authentication device, commonly called a Token, and supplying the user entered PIN number. In fact, the operation of KeyDrive Pro for the end-user is almost as simple as ­ Insert The Token, enter your PIN and your information becomes available. Remove Your Token and your information become invisible. Information protected with KeyDrive Pro remains encrypted at all times on the disk ­ even while the user is working with the files.
