Acer Aspire L100 ... is a very good compact and handy desktop computer which comes with 1gb RAM and a 160gb Hard-drive. It is very easy to use and comes with Microsoft vista Home Edition. You can have more RAM installed if you want to to allow you to play games that are more memory hungry. This is perfect for people who want a desktop that does not take up too much room on the desktop or in their study. It is also very secure in terms of taking it apart so in some cases it can be very usefull for children who are a bit curious. Be careful as the L100 has a tendancy to overheat if it is stuck in a small place and surrounded in things. This does make the model quite annoying as you... Sony Vaio Digital Home VGC-JS1E/S ... Sony Vaio VGC-JS1E/S is a remarkable computer that I purchased from Comet in the new year for just £799. They have since released the JS2 for slightly more than that, or alternatively I recently saw the JS1 reduced in John Lewis to £599 (I think). It is very smart and looks great on the desk if it matches the interior. The spec is perfect for what I need (I don t play games), and the 21 screen means I can have enough boxes open at the same time for my purposes. I have never experienced any slow down and after six months it is still operating at the same pace which I purchased it with. Sony Vaio Digital Home VGC-JS1E/S ... have recently purchased this PC and bought it mainly for the fact it s compact, all in one yet is a decent spec. Ok so the spec of the PC isn t AMAZING for the money but then again it IS Sony, so you are paying for the brand as well. First impression is that it has a beautiful design, looks so smart on my desk, but we don t buy PC s for looks right? It s performace so far has been fantastic. It s quick to load up, runs smoothly and hasn t crashed once even with everything i install on it (at the same time). One down side would be the lack of VGA socket for an extra screen - which means forking out £50 in order to hook up another monitor via USB. Of course this only app...
