What does the Acer Veriton S661 offer: complete reliability, comfortable design and decent spec. the base unti for the acer is smaller than most conventional desktops and can easily be moved to be plugged into a tv or projector. The acer excells in some ascepts of the spec and is disappointing in other ascepts the hardrive is 160gb which will support nearly all family users however this may dissapoint more serious users. The processor is an impressive 2.2ghz which is a serious contender in its field, however this is let down by a disappointing 512ram which although is capable of mananging many programs will not support effectively a vista upgrade which will eventually have to take place, hence the veriton is supplied with a dated windows xp pro. at the going rate of £350 this is a great buy for a family computer, you will be blessed with years of computing.
