Advantages: Looks good, space saving, more resistant to viruses

The Apple Imac G5 is a great computer. It not only looks good, with its large slimline monitor, but it also saves space as there is no tower taking room up as this is built into the monitor.

If you are used to a Windows computer, there are quite a few things that you will find different about an Apple, but you soon get used to this as it is very user friendly. On the Apple, it doesn't have internet explorer, for example, but comes with an alternative internet access called Safari. I wasn't too keen on this, so changed to Firefox, which is available on the internet for free. One problem we did have with this computer, was other people using Windows could not open our attachments as this was set up differently. However, this can be changed by going into the computer settings. Apple computers are also more resistant to viruses, which makes them much safer. A great looking computer. Would highly recommend.
