Advantages: Sophisticated glass/aluminium construction
Disadvantages: More expensive than PCs
This is a brilliant computer which will convince any Mac skeptics.
The all-in-one design (i.e. the monitor and computer being integrated into one machine) is so sensible you'll wonder why you ever had an ugly grey box on the floor. The screen is huge, crystal clear, and finished in real glass (so it's easy to clean, and durable). The rest of the computer is made from brushed anodised aluminum - just like the MacBooks. The overall appearance is incredibly elegant.
Even the disc drive is clever: there is no pop-out tray, just a mechanised slot in the side. You just slip your DVDs in and they disappear like magic.
The operating system is also great: loads of really useful features, like the "time machine" which makes automatic back ups of your hard drive, and then allows you to recover previously lost information. The "dashboard" is another nice feature, similar in function to Microsoft's widgets, but infinitely more sophisticated.
Other impressive touches include the remote control that sticks magnetically to the side of the screen for easy retrieval. Perhaps more significantly, the Intel based processor allows you to install Windows as a second operating system, which is great if you already own Microsoft Office, for example.
To be honest, this is the best desktop on the market today by miles. It's so beautiful and yet incredibly powerful. I really recommend going to a Mac store to play with one.
Summary: If you can afford to invest in this, you'll never go back to a PC
