As of yet I have had no bad experiences with it. I heard that having to much ideas on the desktop slows it down, had nothing like that.
If you have internet connection it automatically updates the system for example word will update it's self. Iv seriously felt like iv had about 4 new computers. It's also allows users to download ups from the app store,
The video and picture editing tools are also another positive element about the mac! It's all very easy to use. I found with other pc's very complicated to use the editing system.

As stated I have not experienced any negatives with my iMac, it's does everything a computer should do in 2011.
