As I sit here writing my opinion on the apple G4, I'm thinking about how cool the keyboard im typing it on looks, YES its a G4 keyboard and next to it sits my G4 tower. What a sight it is, elegant, slick, modern, contemporary product design. If anyone reading this via their beige box that you call a PC, have you ever wondered why all PC's look the same? Thats because when Apple set the desktop computing world on fire, it was with a beige looking machine, and all PC manufacturers followed suit. But Apple move on, continuing to set new standards in desktop computing, weather at home or at work.

What really makes my brain bleed, is the lack of respect from PC users towards macs, dont you know that everything a PC will ever do will be because a mac has done it first. Take the operating system for instance, I wonder where Bill Gates got that Idea from?

Macs (especially G4's) are far superior to any PC, not just in looks but in general computing power. A G4 processor with the same MHZ rating as an Intel 3 is about 40% faster, a G4 comes with a graphics card as good as any third party 3D card that you have to buy for a PC. The operating system is easier and simpler to use than windows, it is more stable, looks nicer and generally you feel more in control of your own machine.

Yes, I am a designer, so I can sit all day and blow the G4's trumpet because I use one every day, but its a fact that a PC is a mac wannabe, apple will never fail to make PC's look dull and out of date.
