Acer Aspire T140 ... computer has proven to be a real gem. I bought it five years ago now and it s still holding it s own very well. I bought it primarily as a gaming machine as at the time my desktop PC was starting to clunk and grind and I had a new game that I wanted to play, the name of which escapes me now. At the time it was neither groundbreaking nor out of date, it was actually a bit of both, fairly good middle of the line. The AMD 64 chip packed a punch and let it run most games with good speed, and still does even by today s standard, perhaps due to games now being a bit more friendly towards a 64 bit architecture. Topedo PC Home silver A6438 ... product has a 1.9ghz proseor witch is a 3800+ this is a 64bit processor so there for it can hadel a 64bit OS it is a standard tower case silver the ram can beup 2 4GB but it comes as starard but you would need a 64bit OS to have 4GB becuase the ram is so fast windows xp is meant to see upto 4GB of ram but becuase of the mother board and becuase of the speed it will see around 3.4GB to only 2GB best gowing for any 64 bit os , the hard drive need to be conected to IDE port whitch is slower than SATA there is a 160GB harddrive in the product runing at 7.200 RPM as standard it has a do all inone dvd/cd riters doing both +/- formats therefore saving money on the dvd... Acer Aspire L200 Living Center ... Support stinks. My Media Centre E300 worked fine for 3 months, then the FREEVIEW TV card died. From 15th June, it went back SEVEN times, and I can still only see the 16QAM channels. They even tried to put in an analogue TV card, and pretend that is the correct specification for a E300. I sent the remote control, dongle, keybd, mouse, speakers, and cables in the initial shipment, because no one told me to only send the main unit, and they sent me just the cables back. Customer Service has said they will "e-mail the Tech Support Department" more than ten times, and nothing happens after three months of chasing. Dean tries to help, but is powerless. Ian avoids...
