Disadvantages: Keeps breaking down!

If you are in business, do not buy these machines. I have 25 machines so far and about 20% have broken down and Compaq's support has been appalling. You log a call, they take a couple of days to call back, then eventually then come, don't have the part, then leave you a loaned part, come back a week or two later to replace that loaned part, and then bugger off again. All this amounts to loads of disturbance and lost working time. I'm fed up with them, but they are too big to care about this customer!
