Dell
-----
The new Dimension 3000 has replaced th Dimension 2400. With all of Dell's budget systems look out for special offers at the time as prices and specifications change on a weekly basis. We paid around £400 for this computer.
Customer service
----------------------
I have never had to contact customer services with this computer because it hasnt broken down so cannot comment on service.
Ease of set up
------------------
Very easy to set up and install. Instruction manual is geat with picture diagrams which really help.
Reliability
-----------
Mostly good. A few times it has needed rebooting fr no apparant reason but other than that its been fine. We do only use this computer for basic functions though such as internet, Microsoft word, powerpoint etc. Prehaps if you needed it for more than that it might not be so good.
Overall
---------
A great value for money PC. More than suitable for basic tasks. Would recommend for students, people getting their first PC etc. Watch out for price and buy when on offer.
