Summary:
I purchased 2 of these computers from Dell. I am happy with the machines so far, but Dell's customer service has made the experience of doing business with them a total hassle. When my units arrived I was missing one monitor and one set of speakers. I had to waste tons of precious time to speak to a human. I made several calls just to get disconnected. I even had Dell people hang up on me when explaining my frustration. This they said was a phone problem, but I don't believe them. They set up special shipments for my monitor and speakers and they still didn't arrive. I emailed customer service only to never be contacted by them. Only after a dozen attempt to get the monitor and speakers did my monitor finally arrive three weeks later. The speakers still haven't arrived. I am very upset over their ability to track shipments and deliver what is paid for. It may not seem important that I still have't received my speakers, but I like to listen to music on my system, and I paid for the speakers and expected to receive them. Because of their inability to resolve this, I view their service as completely unacceptable. I will shop elsewhere from now on. One would think that a company as large as Dell would have better customer service. Much better...

Considering I didn't get what I paid for.. It is hard to think of Dell's strengths
