Dell Dimension XPS 710 (XPS 710)
I bought the XPS 710 around three or four years ago, I bought it from the dell website for around £1500. But it was around £1500 to £2000. I have put in a TV Tuner into the PC, Win TV! It is not the best TV Tuner for a PC but it does the job! I bought it to be able to connect my PS3 to my computer!
Tech Specs on my Dell Dimension XPS 710
You can customise the XPS 710 on the Dell Website and thats what I have done except for installing the Win TV Tuner! But the rest of my PC I havn't touched so Dell made all this! I have got 2TB of Storage, 4GB of RAM and many more! On the Front of the computer from top to bottom there is two CD/DVD Trays, A floppy Disc reader, a all in one memory card reader, Mic in, Headphones in, two USB 2.0 ports, a Firewire 1394 port and a large Fan. On the back of the PC from top to bottom there is Power supply port, optical audio port, PS2 ports, Serial port, six USB 2.0 ports, Gigabit ethernet port, Firewire 1394 port, S-video port, two DVI ports, audio ports and there is also five more PCI Expansion ports! On both sides there is a red logo "XPS".
The price of the XPS 710 is alot of money for a computer your probably thinking but it is the best computer I have ever owned! It is a gaming computer so is all XPS models! So it is very fast and has a really high quality image! My XPS 710 doesn't have a WIFI connection so I have to use Gigabit ethernet cable (Wired connection to the Wireless Modem) So thats only one disadvantage that I can think of! But there is another disadvantage to it but not for some people, not for me anyways! It comes with Windows XP built in so its not a Disadvantage to me because im going to dual boot it with Windows 7 and My laptop has Windows Vista Ultimate! (my laptop is XPS too)!
The XPS 710 offers a massive performance leap over the previous generations of single-core processor-based desktops. It allows you to simultaneously create, share and enjoy rich media content, such as high-definition video, without compromising performance.
