Ive had my Dell for a year now, so i think its time to write an opinion.

When i bought it (online from Dell), i was amazed at the value. I had expected a big name like Dell to be expensive, but in fact for the spec it was cheaper than the other big names, and at the level of the less known brands.

Ordering was extremely simple, and the PC was delivered in less than the stated time.

There was a very simple installation guide, so that i was up and running within 20 minutes.

I have only had need to contact customer service once. The keyboard was playing up. The service was very good (via email), and a new keyboard arrived within a week.

After a year, the system does not appear at all dated and has no trouble running new games and applications.

My next PC (another couple of years away) will DEFINITELY be a Dell
