      Fujitsu-Siemens are on the make charging for warranty support and recovery disks, read on...

      * 10p/minute for 'free' technical support
      * contradictory advice given, depending upon whom one talks to
      * machine instantly becomes unusable if turned off in first 20 minutes of operation
      * no warning on box this will happen
      * no system disks provided
      * exorbitant 36.50 Euros to buy recovery disks with 4 day wait for delivery
      * recovery disks can go only to USA, according to the website
      * computer won't run Windows XP, the only known reliable version of Windows
      * Fujitsu-Siemens said computer will run XP when clearly it won't, because they make the hardware to run only on Vista
      * available website drivers and firmware updates have no installation instructions, and void the warranty if wrongly installed
      * Telephone Support is to report hardware faults only
      * won't read FAT formatted disks
      * installing extra RAM disables wireless card voiding the warranty
      * Vista disables devices

        Good Computer And Quality Build In This Price Range And Works Seamlessly With 64-bit OS's

        I have owned an older vesion of the Scaleo P for about 2 years, the build quality of these machines is amazing and fujitsu-siemens normally load up these PC's with very good hardware that is pretty much future proof for about a year,

        the nice to have extras like a HDD case fan and card reader etc. the machine is very reliable and bar power cuts it works perfectly,

        a good idea is to load up a 64-bit Operating System (i.e. XP 64 or Vista 64) if you have an AMD or Intel Proceesor that is compatible with 64-bit processing as this makes the computer run to full capacity and flawlessly,

        the AMD Cool'n'Quiet function that is shipped with AMD CPU's in these computers is good at reducing noise and the unnessecary full power use at all times although those using the PC for High Performance gaming may switch this feature off to get full advantage of the processor,

        the customer service and warranty are mainly through the retailer or supplier, although I believe these products may be returned to the manufacturer provided you have the serial number and receipt of purchase of the product.

        Overall a reliable and high performance PC for any computing needs.
