This model is available in different configuration like RAM upgradation and processing speed. I am going to discuss my experience and opinion about this product with 3 GHz processor and 2 GB RAM.

Speed

First of all we have to take a look on processing speed and it is only possible with good preinstalled processor or its upgrade. This PC has good solution of this reason with Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 processor and some models also have Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 processor with excellent clock speed of 3 GHz. So what is a role of 3 GHz in this processor?
Lets have a look on some applications. If we use advanced applications with their latest versions like Photoshop CS3, 3ds max 2009, CorelDraw X4, than we need almost more than 3 GHz processor for smooth running. The 2 or more GHz processor is also good but we need excellent dedicated graphics memory for better performance. The main problem occur when we have slow processor and running it with Windows Vista operating system. Vista needs some processing speed and graphics memory as well as RAM. So if we need fast performance with Windows Vista and latest version of applications, than 3 GHz and more processor with multicore technology is highly recommended.

Role of Data speed
Second important point for any processor is its front side data bus speed. Better speed processor will give fast performance in data transfer. This processor has data speed of about 1333 MHz. We have seen than many Pentium 4 and earlier processor had maximum 533 MHz of speed. Now we are also getting superb speed processors but the main problem is its heat generation. Intel has latest 45nm technology in processors so that it generates less heat with compare to previous 90 nm processors. Heat is not a problem in cold climatic reasons but for hot and dry climate it create many problems and system always keep freezing or shutting down due temperature.

Think about cache memory
Cache memory is second important feature for processor and I have experienced that 1 MB and less cache memory processors ahs very slow processing speed but 3 MB and more memory gives very smooth speed. So keep in mind that good cache memory will help for better processing speed. This processor has better cache memory than what we can expect. There is a 6 MB of total L2 cache memory. Keep rocking.

Now think about the role of random access memory means RAM. RAM is a temporary memory and we need it to save data while processing duration. This data will be saved in permanent memory after saving and closing the application. So high speed RAM and high speed performance.

Here we have good preinstalled RAM with 2 GB DDR3 SDRAM with excellent speed of 1066 MHz. When I good my first PC in about 6 years ago than I got DDR1 memory with 128 MB of size. The cost was very high than today's 2 GB memory with more than 1000 MHz of speed. So technology got changed very much and we have now entered in DDR3 technology. DDR3 RAM performs very fast than all previous ones. Here we have good combination of processor and RAM with more than thousand MHz of d speed.

Graphics are ahead
Never forget about graphics memory, it is required for almost all heavy applications and without this nothing is possible in graphics works. Here we are getting completely different graphics memory than all other PCs and notebooks. This PC has superb NVIDIA Quadro FX 4600 graphics card with almost 768 MB of great graphics memory. I haven't seen this type of graphics memory in any previous PC. I am a big fan of Quadro series graphics card as they perform suburbs in almost all heavy applications and games.

This PC is perfect for almost all heavy applications and as per my opinions this will be best choice for applications like 3ds max and Autodesk Maya. Both applications require very heavy graphics memory but not only in capacity like for general gaming purpose. He Quadro graphics cards are perfect for these applications. So have this and enjoy much.
