... spent more on the build and on the software package offered with this pc that would be a step in the right direction. I would suggest that anyone thinking of buying this pc should not do so.
The level of customer support offered is poor, software support is offered @ £1 per minute, even with a brand new pc, often you are kept on hold for long periods on an 0870 number costing you 45 per minute, also email support takes days for a reply.
I would suggest you buy from a company that is more "user friendly" ...more

Sadly a pc that does not live up to the hype in the mesh computers advert. The pc has some good parts in it, but the motherboard offered in the pc is of a poor choice for this type of pc, ram is low, hard drive is small and graphics are a joke. If mesh spent more on the build and on the software package offered with this pc that would be a step in the right direction. I would suggest that anyone thinking of buying this pc should not do so.
