I own an Advent desktop pc from pc world. I would never buy from pc world again. The pc has been nothing but trouble since the day we bought it. One month after buying the pc it constantly crashed and showed fatal error screens. We returned it to pc world who were most unhelpful. They insisted that they did not do exchanges and that we would have to leave it to be looked at. The tech guys said it was a software problem and they could do nothing. Considering all the software came with the pc I thought this was appalling. They did keep the pc for a week and it was ok for a while but has since had to have a new fan and a new motherboard. Pc world have refused to exchange the unit from day 1. I would not buy an Advent pc ever again or buy from pc world. Their service is not good.

Summary: I would not buy Advent or use pc world again
