This laptop has become a favourite with all the family, especially since I networked it to our PC and shared the broadband internet connection. I bought this laptop for my wife in March 2002 - she wanted one for her birthday, and I wanted to keep her happy! A trawl around the computer shops in Tottenham Court Rd (where I was looking for loads of processing power and as many features as possible for as little money as I could get away with) found me what I now consider a real gem. Pre-installed with Windows XP, it come as standard with 256Mb Ram, 20Gb HDD, DVD/CDRW, floppy disc drive, 56k modem, network card, 2 USB ports, firewire port, 2 PCMCIA slots, TV and VGA out. Software-wise it has loads of stuff for handling music and video, but is limited to the MS Works pagage and MS Word 2000. ... Read the complete review
