The Sun Ultra 10 workstation is based upon the UltraSPARC III processor. The Ultra 10 workstation features PCI I/O, Sun's Ultra port architecture (UPA), high-speed graphics interconnect slot, and a mini-tower enclosure, which allows for additional PCI card expansion, memory expansion, Creator3D and Sun Elite3D m3 and m6 graphics accelerators. The Ultra 10 workstation allows Sun to compete on both price and performance with Pentium II, Pentium III, and Xeon-class PC personal workstations.
