before you buy a time/tiny ect computer i will let you into a secret that the sales assistant forgets to tell you.

If you computer breaks down you will have to tel the technical line @ 1.00 per min.

My monitor has developed a flicker it is only 4 months old so I telephoned the technical help line, for 10 min (£10.00) I tried to convince an advisor it was a monitor problem not a computer problem. He asked that I watched the screen for 15mins then phone back quoting a reference no if the problem persisted. Guess what? It did. I phoned back quoting the reference no this time I had to convince another advisor who after 20mins said it would have to be returned to the factory. At last I thought. It took another 10mins to sort out a reference no a return sheet for this (another £30.00). Now here comes the best part I was then asked to pay £35.00 carraige to return the monitor to the factory. When I said that couldn't be correct if the monitor was faulty and still under guarantee surley it wasn't up to me to pay. The reply was if I wanted I could take out a years extra waranty for £99.00 then I wouldn't pay £35.00 carraige.

So lets do the sums £40.00 phone bill £35.00 carraige = £75.00 and I still have a flickering monitor.

How much does a monitor cost???

Will I buy my next computer from Time/Tiny ect? I don't think so. Do you?

Hi there. Can I ask why you went to Time? Was it recommended to you? You went there by chance? Apart from the flickering monitor, what was your PC like? Did you feel like you got value for money before things went wrong? It's these kinds of things that set aside your review/opinon from everyone else's. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. Cheers.

Welcome to Dooyoo.

A few tips to get you started??..If you need any help or advice you can check the link here http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/c ommunity/_page/advice_gui des/ to find the guide for the relevant section that you need help with. All of them will be only to be pleased to offer whatever guidance they can.

Although there are no hard and fast rules on the number of opinions you can post in a day, I?d recommend only doing two or three. That way you?ll get more reads and also if you read and rate other peoples reviews you?ll get a good idea of what to include in your own plus you?ll get your name know and people will read your reviews.

You may have noticed capital letter don?t appear on reviews. There's a capital letter fix which can be found at http://www.chuckleweb.co. uk/fixit.php

Als o there's a site where you can set up your own guestbook and chat to other members which can be found at http://www.crosswordcheat s.com/tooyoo/. Above all though have fun and I hope you enjoy it here.
