I went out looking for a pc 6 months ago and found that Tiny were offering the best deal around with lots of software for the kids and a camera, scanner and printer.

We went ahead and ordered it and 7 days later we had the pc delivered . Being non computer literate we found the get going poster and user guide helpful to set up the pc. Since then I have called the Technical Support lines once because I wanted advise about using the scanner. The person answering the phone was helpful and didn't talk down to me, infact he stayed on the line while I tried what he said. His advise worked and he also made sure that I didn't have any other problems or issues before I finished he call.

I have reconmended Tiny to 6 friends and family who have all purchased Tiny pc's and they also have had no problems.

Overall I think that the deal I got from Tiny was the best available and I would have no hesitation to purchase from them again.
