... last a decent CM game CM09 was dreadful. Bugs, long loads, daft difficulty curve, clumsy menu system. CM10 at last rectifies some of this. Firstly, it works. Which sounds lik a given, but with CM09 it wasn t. There is no hang when you use the replay function in games. The loads have calmed down a bit too. The wait between games is now acceptable. The 3D match engine is coming on. Not quite perfect but you do get a sense of the ebb and flow of games. There are some cosmetic changes to the game and the menu system feels much more intuitive to me now. It seems clearer to navigate. Yomistel Championship Manager 2010 (PC)
... is a disaster of a game. I am not sure whether Eidos felt it needed to do something about the recent superiority of Football Manager in the market or just felt it needed to make a fool of itself. Championship Manager 2010 has more crashes than a F1 rally and Eidos seem not to be in a hurry to solve them. They kept telling people to submit crash reports yet nothing has been done about them. The progress button sometimes goes on and on forever (for six minutes sometimes) without indicating whether you may continue the game or not. Since then, i have owned virtually every title. Ranging from the brilliant (football manager 2008) to the damn right poor (Premier manager).
