Definately a very good game in its class (Age of Empires III (PC))

Advantages: Very good all round, high replayability and good engine

Disadvantages: you get bored because you play it so often !

We play this religiously with mates each week at a gaming cafe, single player mode is verty good multiplayer mode is better.
The graphics are very good the sound the same the gameplay is intelligent your troops versus their troops are rock paper scissors style archers against infantry spearmen defeat cavalry and cavalry archers, there is strategy and resource management. It is not like command and conquer with only one resource and click drag get all the troops to attack mass an army. You need strategy and its a much more intelligent game.

Summary: It does justice to the genre and the series
