Advantages: Online community game play is a must

Disadvantages: Spend a bit of time getting used to the whole lay out of the game

This game is one i highly receommend for users who like strategic online games. Basically you all start with one country and progress through time building up your empire. You are usually in two teams and after a certain time you begin to go to war, using many of the differernt types of units available. Each civilisaton has its own specific types of unit which make the game much more interesting.
You can also play this game in single player mode and prgress through each stage until you win. This part, in my opihnion is not as good as the online multiplayer gane sas there isnt as much competitiveness through the game.
The style of the game makes it very easy to play and to catch on on what must be done to win, however when playin online there is much to learn in the way of tactics.This gives the advantage to the player who has spent more time online as he has more experience, and his home city that every one starts withwill be more powerful than a newbie one.
I would recommend buying this game to anyone as rarely do i gret bored of it.

Summary: Definately one of the best online games i've played
