Advantages: Great historic gameplay and great graphics

Disadvantages: high resources

Age of empires has always been great, this is the game that make most people, begin to like strategy games. Number 3 of the series has improved graphics, better gameplay and lots of new units that can be built in the game. With the early games focusing on very early history like the Egyptians and romans. This game focuses on the red coats and guns. Not todays guns but still gun powder. This shows that this game is set atleast in the 17th century. I think this makes the gameplay much better. Age of empires has only one problem, it can take a lot of computer resourses to play well. Don't try running this on an old computer espicially on with a bad graaphics card. Thats what you expect from a game of this caliber with a lot of fights and scenery. This game is always great when you have nothing to do, it will take up a whole day just for one skirmish match. 5/5
