Advantages: New vehicles, soldiers and maps

The eagerly awaiting sequel to Battlefield 1942 this time it's to Rome. Away from the beaches of Normandy and the islands in the pacific the first expansion gives you more vehicles, more factions and more fun!
The Italians have joined the fight and the US forces have fortified their weapons and tanks. One of the coolest things are the new motorcycles which show up now, including a side seat it's a blast to pack it with C4 and ram and full tank only to blow it to heck.
The new campaigns include a taste of the fury you can unleash on the battlefield and while there are new maps and vehicles the core game play has remained unchanged.
The best thing of all is the price; you can now get Battlefield 1942 and all expansions for less than £20.00. The servers are still full of willing people and the fun has never been lost.

Summary: Very good, find a pack with all expansions for good value
