BBC Multimedia Pingu - A Barrel Of Fun! (PC)

In 1997, BBC Multimedia released this ?Pingu? CD-ROM, a collection of very basic puzzles and games aimed at children and based on the then-popular clay animation series of the same name. Our youngest son,3, loves to watch Pingu. Whenever it comes on tv he just sits excitedly watching. We've been keen to get him more interested in using the computer, the arrival of BBC Media's Pingu software has been the ideal way to do this. This is a package guaranteed to keep Pingu fans entertained, there are plenty of animated games and puzzles for them to solve. This children's CD-Rom from the BBC, features characters from the much loved Pingu tv series. The suggested age range is for children from 3 - 6. There are 5 games, 5 puzzles and 5 screen savers on one CD, which means that interest in this software doesn't fade after a couple of days and there are different levels of difficulty to choose from and some games also offer options for one or two players. The animation is bold and colourful, the characters appealing and the music catchy, if very, very repetitive!
