Advantages: Graphics are still decent

Disadvantages: Boring, monotonous, doesn't retain the style of the original B&W

In this game the focus is your creature. Your creature will be required to complete a range of tasks, some are mini games like bowling, others require you to find certain items or help certain people by healing them etc.

Considering that B&W's focus was your role as God and how you treat the villagers and persuade others to worship you, this game doesn't really seem to fit and it doesn't have the same feel to it. It's more about raising your "pet"/creature and getting him/her to complete tasks which are fairly boring and become rather monotonous as time goes on.

The graphics are as good as ever and the sound isn't far behind. The cutscenes can be rather annoying and there's no replay value in it. Due to the fact that this game seems so different from the original B&W I wasn't keen on the gameplay, it's certainly easier and seemingly not as rewarding.

Summary: Don't buy it
